Hi, this is my first post here, I used to collect knives when I was a bit younger, but cheap crappy ones (Wholesale chinatown stuff). When I turned 18 I was able to purchase my own knives, so I started buying and collecting some better quality stuff.

I received this from my neighbor, he knows NOTHING of it besides "its $120 and titanium" which can also probably be wrong. I was wondering if anybody on here can identify it.

I agree looks like a MTECH ripoff of a Kershaw Ken Onion Design. As for price he misplaced the decimal he meant $12.00.Its basically an updated version of that crappy chinatown stuff you used to buy.

well the top one looks like a kabar mule maybe? and the bottom one is definately a CRKT M-16Z (i think its the "z". if the handles are plasticy, then it is the m-16Z).

midtech for the middle as the others say.

People saying MTECH, but every MTECH I've seen has been marked.

Looks like it is missing scales and the blade was sand blasted.

How is lock-up? Are the screws crossheads or one of the lobed ones?/

Thanks for all the replies... Looks like it ain't titanium (Guess I wasn't paying attention in science class for that one) and I checked all over the Master cutlery website, who I believe make the Mtech knives, and I couldn't find it. Don't think its a Ken Onion design, but reminds me of it.

It uses Torx, and im sorry but what do you mean by lock-up?

When you open it and lock it in the open position, does the blade wobble a bit or does it feel solid?

The blade design looks familiar, but the handle does not.

Well, I recently dis-assembled it to look for markings and to loosen the screws because it took a little too much force to open, so as of now theres about 1mm of play, but before I did that it was rock solid.

It came from the bay place. It's from a seller there that sells lots of knife blanks and stuff.I've bought several and fileworked and put different celluloid scales on them. They are not bad for what they are.$10.-15 buck knife.Out of China no doubt.
