Ah, now yer post makes sense. In my uncultured days I drank CBL. I can remember moving into residense with a case tucked under my arm. Of course that was 1988. A lot of beer has flowed since then.
 
Philosophical question: Can baking and scotch drinking be combined and still be considered manly?
 
actually im going to mod this one to the gyoto style as well :rolleyes:

it just works to well as a gyoto compared to the standard santaku.... so i will now have a .090 satin jack sans choil and extended pommel, and a .090 gyoto kitchen knife :D
