HI guys, I have 200 bucks or so to buy a knife, my criteria is: tough, (hopefully) novel in some way, and cool looking (not in the Kit Rae sort of way). I was thinking currahee, fox folgore, ka-bar D2, fox predator, or fox nero. Please recommend others!
Thanks!

Thanks!

I'm not too familiar with all these Fox models but, sticking to your list, the D2 Ka-Bar is an enticing option and would leave plenty of money to spare from your stated budget.

Ignoring your list, $200 can buy you a lot of knife.

how about the large benchmade griptilian , the bm 551

its only like 60 dollars or so, i have many diff knives, this one is one of my favorites, and will leave you with 140 dollars to buy something else too if you want

here is a youtube video that shows the knife

Well, the ZT 200 is real tough, and you'd have plenty of change.
A Spyderco Caly 3 with ZDP blade is also seriously good and very strong, all in a compact package.

Seriously... I HIGHLY recommend you buy a Spyderco Military.. with yout price range, I'd go for one with a Carbon Fiber handle... If I were you, I'd MAKE SURE to get one with DUAL nested liners... if you can't get that info FOR SURE, call whoever you are buying from to make sure... I think the S90V models are a sure thing for dual liners. Some people may argue.. but I guarantee that Spyderco did not add this feature because it makes the knife any weaker... FYI, I've owned most of the most lusted after knives, and I consider the Military the best of the bunch... here's my vids on the subject:
