Is th handle satin finish with edges and details mirror finish?

You have good eyes! The sides of the handle are a soft satin, and the blade, fullers, and tang are fully polished. The clip is fully sharpened, while the top spine is distal tapered.

The balance is on the first finger for quickness. Triple tempered in 154-CPM.

So far, there has been the City Knife, Stiff Horn, and NY Special in "Full Integral. If I am to try another pattern, I think it will be the Hide Out.

A Hide Out in this style should be a real "Sneaky Pete!

I'm sad to say that both Bob Loveless and Jim Merritt had Full Integral sStiff Horn's Ordered from me. Due to the eminent domain move, adn a short bout with cancer, I was unable to get them made before Bob passed away. That will always bother me. But I'm thrilled that they both liked them well enough to order one.
I think ANY Knife Maker that had Bob Loveless or Jim Merritt order one of their Knives would be ecstatic!

These were the first Integrals I did. 1990 little Pocket carry Knife inlaid with 18K gold and platinum.

And the Constellation Dagger inlaid with 22k Gold and two 1/4-C Diamonds

Very cool. I especially like the contrast of the different finishes. Maybe I'm crazy but I'd love to see one of these in W2 with a nice hamon.

Hum- might just work, but it would be very un-Loveless.

I think Harvy Dean is still planning to make one of the Full Integral Stiff Horns in his feather Damascus. Should be a stunner!
