1. Nalu Boersma/Ken Onion Collaboration Capitalist - lightly carried - $2500 - Sold
The only Capitalist with a blade hand ground by Ken Onion
One-off grind with a deep swedge and a nice recurve in the back
3" stonewashed blade
Fully contoured and blasted frame with a hole pattern on the front
Each of the holes has a satin chamfer
OD green G-10 pivot collars and backspacer
There's a slight bit of play you can feel if you're checking for it but any pressure at all on the lockbar makes the lockup rock solid
Smooth action, great fit and finish, and centering is good
2. Kingdom Armory TAD Dauntless - near mint - $900
Original linerlock Dauntless from 2013
Full-sized knife with an S30V blade just over 4"
2-tone stonewashed satin blade
Orange-peeled thumbstuds
Textured OD green G-10 scales with the 3 TAD fullers
Has not been opened much so the lockup is still breaking in
There is sometimes a bit of play but it's starting to go away
Smooth action and centering is good
It has a lighter detent but it still deploys reliably
3. Ferrum Forge Custom Bushido - near mint - $700 - Traded
This is a rare one, hand made Elliot way back before they started making midtechs
Only 2 Bushidos were made
M390 blade that measures just under 3"
Blade has blasted flats and mirror polished grinds
Top half of the frame has been hand textured and blasted
Bottom half is mirror polished
Smooth action with a Hoback Rolling Detent
centering is dead on and lockup is solid
