I don't believe the storm, leek, or ppt are TI.
The ppt is titanium, and technically a frame lock. There is a g-10 scale on the locking side. Great knife as well.
a thread on another site mentioned a magnet sticking to the liner/frame of the PPT - did you guys give it a try?
