Ok. This one is for all you hardcore, dyed-in-the-wool, Busse-philes.

Here are the specs:

Blade Length: 10 1/2"
OAL: 16"
Blade Thickness:1/4"
Steel: A-2
Handles: Linen Micarta
Sheath: Nylon Web
Hardness: 58-60 Rc
Handle Bolts: 304SS
SRP: $487.00
Introductory $: $287.00

Additionally, this blade was introduced in the same ad as the original Badger. Neither had front talon holes in the ad and both had a secondary grind on the spine in the ad. This blade is also the first Busse I ever saw with the blade catcher/bottle opener.

So there it is. Can anyone besides Jerry and me ID this monster? And further and more important... Who has one?;) :p

Jack, I think it is here. I got a card in my box saying that I have something but it is unidentified. I had a crazy week and kept getting to the PO late. I will be picking up tomorrow morning. I'll let you know for sure.

No problem.... You can make it up to me by sending me that new SHSH variant you have:D

Hmmmmm..... SH Variant?:eek::confused:

I'm afraid I wouldn't know anything about that. Is that a Steel Heart Variant or the SpearHead Special? 'Cause there is one or the other in the works...;)

ME,

NO

If I am not mistaken the knife you are referring to preceeded the one in question. Nice try though.

BTW... This knife is not listed on badmojo.tv !:p

Additionally, the Knight Light was made of ATS-34, had the front talon hole, had no bottle opener, and had handle material "other" than micarta.;)

A Spearhead Special, eh? What are the stats like? Might have to pick one of these up... :D :D :D

You had me thinkin' for a minute there. . .. Luckily Jennifer was there to remind me. . . .
