Without a picture, I can't say what the type of tip resembles.

Chû Kissaki- Medium point,
Ô Kissaki- large point,
Ikari Kissaki- upswept point, ( like a trailing point Tanto tip)
Kamasu Kissaki- straight point, no curve to the point also name of a type of beaked fish
