However, I like Crayola's "Amigo" for this piece. Just seems fitting, and it doesn't sound so much like a generic production model name (which try to sound "cool")
 
What about "The Shark" as a name for the awsome looking knife.

When I looked at the knife I invisioned a shark heading towards and ready to attack.

When I first lookes at the knife, I pictured a Great White. I think that's fitting.
