I have both the Bandicoot and the F1.
Different knife really IMHO. F1 has rounded belly more suited for the skinning type chores. Bandicoot for more of a EDC / personal defense / outdoors knife all rolled into one. Don't know exact numbers but both seem to be same thickness. Both hefty no bull knives. Just as easily skin a deer as open a paint can with no worries.
If you decide on the F1 , Normark at On Scene Tactical makes a great mult-carry kydex sheath. Maybe soon *ahem* for the 'coot.

F1 has exposed tang, Swamprat does not, though both full tang.
