Others on the short list would be Cream, Peter Green era Fleetwood Mac, Peter Gabriel era Genesis (and Phil Collins era up to Abacab), Allmans, ZZ Top up through El Loco and some of their RCA stuff, Skynyrd, Pink Floyd, Rush, DLR era Van Halen, Stones circa 1968-78, early Jethro Tull, ELP, Yes, Johnny Winter, Blind Faith, Derek and the Dominoes, Aerosmith up through Draw The Line.. etc, etc.
If you asked me to pick my single favorite record, it would probably still be Aerosmith Rocks.......pretty much a perfect rock guitar record from start to finish, although Dark Side Of The Moon and Physical Grafitti are in that same category IMHO
