As of today I carry my Leatherman Charge TTi in the pouch. I would use the clip, but I like to keep the 21 pc bit set with it, and the pouch holds the bits and the tool.

I dont have a pouch anymore. Think someone took it while at work. So now its just in my pocket. LM wave
 
If I carry my Leatherman Wave, it is in its pouch on the belt. And if I carry my Leatherman Juice S2, it is in the pocket.
 
Leatherman Charge Ti in pouch/sheath, usually in small Maxpedition bag or sometimes on belt (horizontally).. Second bit holder always in Maxped bag..
 
Leatherman Charge Ti in pouch horizontally or on clip in the pocket. Depends on the clothes.
 
I carry and use the LM Core every day at work. In the OEM leather sheath on my belt.
 
Gerber Multi-plier. The older model. I think 600 series. I like the one hand opening, comes in handy on the job.
 
I switch between a SOG Powerlock or LM Core. I carry it in a Supply Captain MT pouch on my ruck, an ATS Cobra.

Swiss Spirit in belt sheath, before that skeletool in pocket, before that Charge Ti in belt pouch.
 
I carry a Swisschamp in a nylon victorinox pouch, black & gray with velcro. Fits perfect in there. There's a flap in there that looks like it can hold a firesteel, but i actually have no idea what it was put there for. I carry my swisschamp in the normal nylon pouch it comes with as well as my buck xtract in its original nylon pouch.
 
Old style Wave for me on a daily basis. Here it is with my backup. When one brakes I send it in and the backup becomes my daily user. Unfortunately the don't make the old style anymore. I have the leather belt sheath for carry.
