I like my Doug Ritter RSK Mk4 Gentleman's Folder designed by Doug Ritter, Paul W. Poehlmann, and Lone Wolf Knives:

2.4" S30V blade, silver tweed G-10 handles, axial lock

My wife surprised me - REALLY surprised me - with one last Father's Day. I usually EDC my mini-Rittergrip, but the "RitterGlitter" is reserved for those dressier occasions.

Chris Reeves Mnandi with Bark Mammoth Ivory and Gary House Zebra Damascus. definitely a gents knife.

I love that Anso Ford. I've been looking for one for ages. Great pic too!

I am but a poor soul with modest tastes. I like the CRKT M16-01T. The
picture can't do it justice. The titanium frame is a beautiful silvery color
and the knife, of course, has LAWKS.

I like it! I've been thinking of getting one.

I just today discovered the Spyderco Volpe. Maybe a bit on the larger side of gents knives, but I think it's GORGEOUS.

Absolutely agree with you. Gorgeous knife, incredible fit and finish, probably the best I saw in production knives. Even the best pictures do not do justice to this beauty.Spyderco discontinued them and now it is possible to get them at deep discount.
I bought two of them a month ago. I gifted one of them to my friend, he was happy like a child for a week. So I left with one only. Guess what, I bought two more, it is great gift and my father-in-law loves knives. :D

Well, it's not as flashy as many of the suggestions, but I think that in the context of a "gentlemen knife", a lockable Victorinox (for example model Nomad) would do just fine. The featureset seems to be just right.

The knife that goes everywhere with me that I can carry a knife is a black Victorinox Executive.
