First, the news. Derrick at Knives Ship Free has licensed a design from me and is going to have Bark River manufacture a run of Fiddleback knives. Its a 4" drop point with a simple handle thats comfortable to use. The steel from BRKT will be A2, 5/32" thick, and they'll be available in multitudes of handle options as any BRKT's are. The prototype I made is handled in Osage Orange. I'm making up 250 inches of Bullseye tube, and they'll all have black (carbon fibre) bullseyes.

Now, we need a name, and your input is requested.

Bark River Knife & Tool

How about "The Back River, Bark Tool, Fiddle Knife". :p

I think it looks sweet, so I propose the name "Sweet".

I don't have a name for it Andy, but I could not be happier for you on this project.

How about ' The Hobo ' as in the Hobo spider or as a great EDC for any wilderness travelling Hobo's !

I got a couple ideas but I'll just post one.

BRKT Bullseye.

Congrats Andy!

Cool project.

I like "Bullseye".

I also like "Recluse".

How about just calling it the Bark River "Fiddleback"?

I'll add my vote for the Barkie Bullseye.

In any case, that a sweet looking little knife and I will definetly keep my eyes open for it over at KSF. Congrats!

A day's journey. A journey between pre-determined points.
