Nano Fusion Battle Mistress!!! Coming Sunday, 1-25-2026 At 9PM Eastern. . . Including a Very Limited Special Edition and a HOG ONLY Version

I'm very tempted by the removable scales & HOE sure is a deal... but I think I'll be happy with my straight spine NFCM.
NFCM is 0.25" longer blade... and 0.04" taller blade height.
If I had to have the spine scallops & chamfers... this'd be the one, for sure. 50/50 chance I'll break down come release time :D
I agree , It’s basically a camp mistress with a battle spine. I like the straight handle and nuclear round spine of the camp.but I wish the camp was thicker..
I do want to feel the tiny scale, but

Held out as long as I could, and don't have any in satin yet, so when I saw the SE was still available I said what the heck. Will be my 7th in the last couple years...when am I being inducted? 😁 jk

And here I'm still sitting, waiting for the Viking axe from last year's summer...

How’s the SE feel?
Asking because the edge of scales seem pretty crisp, like could cause hot spots pretty quick. Looks like it would benefit from a little shoe polish.
The edges are chamfered to match the blade. It comes in about 3 ounces lighter than the NFCM . Seems more like a fighter .. I tend to wear gloves w/fighters. It kinda reminds me of grip tape on an 80s skateboard. I'll take it out and do some tactical gardening , beat on some deadwood and advise - update

Took out my Liberty Heart, NFCM and the SE. I found some flood debris on the coyote trail behind my house . I have used the LH as my trail knife - all purpose camping blade for a few years . I've used the NFCM around the house for yardwork, lawn darts etc. The SE was kind of a wild card with the thin handle.
Randomly hitting sun baked wood by a North Texas stream. 20 hits per knife, no gloves.
Liberty Heart : surprised me with a hot spot on my pinkie ...
NFCM : no surprises.. it does the job.
SE : took a few swings to get used to due to slender scales . No hot spots, hits hard and is very sharp out the box
Looks like I have a new trail knife
Thanks Busse crew
