Nanoflex Giveaway

Regardless, it was a great prize. I'm a qutie dissapointed at being so close (and yet so far away), but congrats to the winner. Looks like it's mastiff, good job! I thought it was going to go over my guess, turns out the opposite happened. I'm looking forward to more info on what the prize was, though.

Congrats to the winner! It looks like mastiff with 38 might be the lucky one. Thanks again TW for an opportunity to win a sweet prize.

If so I couldn't think of a better guy to own it (except maybe me :D) That guy is a true lover of steels.

Just what I asked for, a nanoflex knife! I couldn't think of anything else I'd rather have now. I'll wait for S110V when it comes out in time. Nanoflex is a cool concept. Looks like the highest RC is around 58RC , but that is fine.

BTW, I still have a knife sized chunk of S125V at home. I gave up on trying to make a knife out of it with the tools I have, but someday....

Yeah, I'm a steel junky. I admit it. Joe

Congrats Joe!

Can't believe I missed this contest altogether!

Can't wait to see the pics Thomas!

Holy crap! A day not on the forum and i missed this!

I would like to see something like the H1 blade- rustproof!

That's why I'm glad you won. At least it went to someone who will really appreciate it. And yeah, good luck with that S125V.

Thanks Brutus. More than luck is needed with this stuff. Lots of grinding wheels, or belts depending. And Diamonds to sharpen it. I found out shortly after starting to work on it why it never caught on. Joe

Well, that'll just make the knife you get out if it (whever that is) that much more unique.

:mad:DANGIT!!!! One touchdown away!!!

Thanks Thomas for the great giveaway!

Mastiff: How about a passaround among "Family" members? ;)

Yeah, I was really close too with 41 - if I had guessed 40, it would have been a tie between us. No hard feelings from me though!

Congratulations Mastiff!! Andn thanks to Thomas for putting this one together!

Congrats Mastiff!

I was too busy to check today so I missed this giveaway. Oh well.

Let us know about that steel!

Well congrats Joe. Another mafia win!?!

As for the proto, this is truly one of a kind. Joe will certainly get some use out of this one, and I'm sure will report back with some results. I can see him using this proto at least 2 days a week.

We are on the fence whether to bring this unusual piece on, but some feedback from everyone would be appreciated. A passaround would be fun with this one, but that's up to Joe's generosity.

Enjoy Joe, and once again...Congratulations on winning this Nanoflex Pasta Measurer Protoype.

Thomas, what are the edge grind angles? :D

Well knowing Joe is into spec's, he and the darksiders will be ecstatic at the .005" edge geometry.

We're listening darksiders (and the 7 of you thought nobody cared)!
