Napanoch Dixie Cock Knife

They are custom made, I believe by Chuck Hawes? Will have to look back at some notes...

Chuck Hawes is making their Excelsior line.
 
Yes that's right, Jeff makes the Tuna lines of knives, as well as the Napanoch line. The Excelsior line are made by custom makers. Their rooster knife "The El Gallo" in the Excelsior line is made by Chuck Hawes in Illinoise.
