!095 carbon, spring steel. Weighs 23.5 oz.
Overall it's 17". Blade is 11. 15/16" X 1. 11/16" X 1/4" thick
with 1. 5/8" of serration.
The handle is 4. 13/16" long w/ scales of ebony stained
curly maple.
The guard, bolster, and pommel sides are 1018 steel
welded to the full tang (no coming loose, EVER).
The sheath is heavy leather with black steel rivits and a
black steel snap. It's cemented at the spacer and handstitched
with HEAVY waxed nylon saddle stitching thread.
I leave my tooling marks showing as "I" prefer a handmade knife
to LOOK handmade and ready for a beating.
This is a heavy duty tool that was made with the intent of
heavy duty use.
