Nascar Fans ?

Big E was and still is my all time favorite driver. Been so ever since he came to the circuit. It was a natural choice to root for Little E.

Isn't there a 3 driver limit per team? I thought I read that somewhere. Danica would be a big boost to NASCAR (as if it needed it). Just hope that if she makes the jump, she doesn't go to DEI. Well, unless Jr. takes it over from Teresa somehow...

Gibbs going to 'Yota... Not sure what to think about it. I guess the deal and the $$ was too good to pass up. Also, I guess NASCAR is trying to drop it's "Good Ole Boy" image, which is a shame. That's where NASCAR gets it's character...

I've only been watching NASCAR for the last year or so (I have a four year old who loves the racing and probably loves the crashing even more)...

But back to the limit - there is a 4 driver limit per team, and NASCAR only instituted that after Hendricks either stated a desire to have 5 cars/drivers or was about to field a fifth car/driver.

This year the Hendricks four were: Gordon, Johnson, Casey Mears, and Kyle Busch. Casey is staying, Kyle is leaving, Jr. is joining...
 
Count me in as a Nascar fan. Never liked the open wheel cars. All NASCAR is accomplishing with changes is chasing away the long time fans that made them such a success. No matter what NASCAR does they will always be behind the big three in popularity.
 
nevermind....it may of been moved because of youtube link.

if not, I don't see why it was moved when you can talk about 4 pages of other things that has nothing to do with busse without it getting moved....so I assume it was the link
 
I moved this thread to Gadgets & Gear because that's where we talk about cars and racing and especially NASCAR -- (we have some NASCAR insiders at Bladeforums). If there have been other threads on the Busse forum that should have been moved to other forums and weren't it's because I wasn't aware of them.
 
Sorry about that .The coach interior has two built in cribs for Jeff's new baby . Very cool .

We in the Busse room are pretty tight and talk about MANY subjects with our friends. I really don't have time to go to other rooms.

I'll just go get in a "what are you drinking" or a Hunting thread...I Hunt and Drink more than I watch Nascar anyway.

edit- after thinking, you are right Cougar, Nascar can be as hotly debated as politics and should be in a seperate room. My bad.
 
People who are interested in NASCAR shouldn't have to keep with 20 different knife manufacturer's forums. :cool:
 
Funny you guys bring this up. I just was told I'm supposed to be part of the crash rescue team at the Pensacola Snowball Derby here on the 29th through 1st or 2nd. It fell through last year but I did it the year before. Lotta big racers here for that event. If you are down here come look me up on the north side of the track closest to Pineforest.
