I bought a Kershaw knockout from national knives. I asked Robert (the person who handled my order) if he could personally pick one from his inventory which met my specifications, which he did. I was provided pictures of the knife before it shipped to me and with smooth communication all the way. Robert even followed up with an e-mail asking if I was satisfied with my purchase. Really appreciate good service like this. It's a scarce commodity. They are a trusted place to buy blades from in my book.
