Just wanted to tell everyone about a great experience I had dealing with National Knives. I recently decided to purchase a Spyderco Delica and wanted to use PayPal. National Knives was one of the few dealers that I could find that still takes that form of payment. Needless to say I was happy with that, but that was just the beginning. I began to be a bit nervous that I would get a Delica that had some play in the blade, which is sometimes reported here, so I asked National Knives to check for me.
I began to communicate with Robert, who was more than happy to pick through his inventory to find just what I was looking for. He even offered to send me pictures of the exact one that I would receive. I didn't feel that was necessary, but I was really happy to hear the offer. I must say that I was a bit surprised, pleasantly so, at the amount of communication and customer service that was given to me for a knife that likely only netted them a few bucks profit. I got the knife today and it was everything that was promised and they even threw in a bonus item.
On top of all that great service, the price was among the lowest I found and the shipping was fast and reasonable. I will be sure to do business with them in the future and would advise anyone looking for a model they sell to strongly consider doing business with National Knives.
