The National Library have a factor to keep "All new books published".
Why not such system for knife?
I think it can be good data for maker, designer and scholar.
I know there are good museums and great collectors.But they are not collect ALL new producted by manufactures. They are not worth collecting.
I don't think this collection is by goverment, but if!
