By far, I prefer natural/not dyed bone but only have two. In time and as available, I will have more. Maybe an Ivory Bone Beer Scout after the first of the month if they're still out there.

OH - Always great to see the 294  I have carried the coin you passed on daily since I have received it.

Ive had a few White Bone, this is the only one I have left. Im still looking for this linerlockless brother. :D Maybe I'll get to see him pop up in this thread, Joe or Will.;):)

Plain bone is one of my favorites as well, right up there with ivory. These are some great knives guys, I really like the 79's - got to get me one of those in smooth bone!! Looking forward to seeing more!

It seems like I read a statement by Mike at Collector Knives, over on the Beer Scout thread, that implied the "smooth ivory" bone from GEC was actually treated or dyed to look this way. Can anyone confirm that? I would think natural bone would be more bright white, and not as yellowish.

I love my ivory bone #79 2 blade workhorse, it sees a lot of pocket time as one of my work edc's. This knife inspired me buy a beer scout with these same ivory bone covers...

GEC's primitive bone is undyed, and still has plenty of character. Any coloration was picked up from the minerals in the soil it was buried in. I really like primitive bone.

This next batch from Queen, Case and Moore Maker are undyed, but burnt to give some contrast.

Have these three at present but more on the wish list:
Case Sowbelly, GEC 15 & Maverick

No examples of my own to contribute, but folks are displaying some awfully good-looking knives here!!:thumbup:
Thanks for starting the thread, BroJim!:cool: (Now excuse me while I make another notation on my "to buy" list. :o)
