Congrats on the NO. Great blade!

Good thinking with the SH-E. Forget the straight handles, a decidedly inferior design.:barf: I have been doing what I can to get these less than perfect blades off the market. I've also enlisted Leathermans help to rid the world of straight handled Busses.;) :D :p Unfortunatly we lack the funds to get them all.:rolleyes: So, if you happen to see one (especially at a good price) contact me or Dwayne and we'll do what we can to get these 'undesireables' off the street.:D :D

I’m an NO lover as well, you just need to get yourself some more now. I also love the E handles, they just feel great in your hand. The BA e is a good one as well, you need to go after one of those as well mate.:D

Oli, my friend, listen to your brothers well, they steer you in the right way! Go for the BAe, its far superior to those ungainly straight handles. Rob and Ian are correct, the e-handles are the way to go!:D

Rob and I are providing shelter for abused straight handle Busse knives, donations are happily accepted for it helps us do a service for the community. :D

Oli... You will love the BA-E. As Dwayne put it, 'it's just such a handy size blade'. The Badgers are my favorite Busse blade. Mainly cause I can carry it as my EDC. Dwayne and I are working on a sheath right now for an NO. We'll see if it works or not. That is to carry concealed without it being IWB. That would really be neat as I really like the NO's also. Enjoy the BA, and Merry Christmas. OINK!

but well...the Sheath Dwayne made for my NO is really great! I almost can't wait to get my fingers on that BA-e... is the handle on the BA as big as on the NO?

The handles on the BA-E are exactly the same size as the NO except there is no rear talon hole/tang. I have an NO with the 'butt grind' and it makes it look like a BA-E on steroids. I'm going to have the same operation done to my ZTNO. To me it really enhances the performance especially if you hold the knife upside down for whatever reason. Plus there is 1/2" less if you are trying to conceal it.;)

wooooooooah...I tough the handle was smaller on the BA-e!!! Now I know why they say this blades are strong!!!:D I think the only modification I'm gonna make on my NO is I'm going to put a V edge on it...and maybe make the grips a bit more soft:D
But Damn this NO is cool! the perfect allround size! Not too big to have everywhere (at least in a small bag) not too small so it can be used to everything you need from a knife! I love it!
