I came across a pic from when I first bought my 55 hounds tooth. GEC's website shows it was released at the end of january in 2013. Cant believe I have been carrying this one for 7 years now. It gets a lot of breaks but definitely has seen the most pocket time of any of my knives.

I carry all my users just in my RFP with keys, coins and a pen. I am amazed how smooth it is now and how much lighter it is!

Look forward to seeing your pocket worn covers and before/after pics are always a bonus.

That is some difference. Adds a ton of character to the knife! Until about a year ago, I either had a Leatherman or SAK in my pocket daily so not much to show from me.

Case Genuine Pocket Worn Red Bone and I’m responsible for it all. A 1972 Case 6347 stainless stockman I bought new in 1973 and dropped it in my pocket. I can’t say exactly how many years I carried it, but it was at least 25. :D

A lot of awesome pics so far everyone :)

Ron, 25 years :cool::D that's amazing. Beautiful knife! Thanks for sharing

Honored to show off the only knife my Dad carried. Never saw him without it in the 34 years we walked the planet together. As a conductor on the Rock Island, he carried it over a million miles. Pile side is broken off and replaced with epoxy after Case correctly determined he abused it and wouldn't replace it under warranty. Priceless to me.

I don't have this knife anymore and the pocket wear wasn't from my pocket (though I did carry it when I had it)
It was carried a lot by the original owner.

Bottom pics are from the maker, top pics are what it looked like when I got it.

I think I just saw that.
