Naturally pocket worn covers

My first pocket knife. Years of pocket time + several trips through the laundry = well worn covers.

I don't have this knife anymore and the pocket wear wasn't from my pocket (though I did carry it when I had it)
It was carried a lot by the original owner.

Bottom pics are from the maker, top pics are what it looked like when I got it.

I think it looked better than new when you had it.

This modified Case Muskrat has been in the pocket for the past year and a half since I got it. The second blade was ground into a sort of Wharncliffe and the scales dyed to a nice deep rusty red. Much better than factory. It has been in the pocket most every day since, save for a handful. Top photo is freshly dyed while bottom is yesterday.
