My son is in the kitchen going through one of his Spring/Summer rituals. Making fruit roll-ups/fruit jerky.

He's in the kitchen peeling, blending, rolling out, and baking raw and frozen fruit to make fruit roll-ups/fruit jerky. Today:
-blood oranges/strawberry,
-mango/banana/pineapple,
-red grape/blueberry,
-red plum/black plum,
-grapefruit (the only one he adds anything - sugar - to.).

Early start this year so a bit more expensive, but he couldn't wait any longer.

Nature's candy.
 
I keep meaning to make some the traditional way with mashed up Salal berries dried in the sun on Skunk cabbage leaves !
 
Try wild rose hips in the summer. It takes some prep but it tastes just like fruit leather.

There's all kinds of fruit leather. Taste depends on fruits used. That's what my son made the other day. I've always called it fruit leather fruit jerky.
