For sale is my Navy Deck Clock from 1940.
Boy if this clock could talk!
Was it on the deck of a Navy Destroyer?
What battles has it seen?

U.S. Navy MK1 Deck clock with heavy 3 PC. Nickel Plated brass case. This clock has the shock mount plate which many times was left on the boat when these clocks were removed from service.
This one has it!
Near perfect dial with small seconds hand. You would be hard pressed to find a luminous dial and hands in this condition.
Clock mounts to the deck wall and is wound by unlatching the wing nut, which allows it to open on the hinge so it can be wound from the back.
American built by Seth Thomas.

Clock is over 81 years old.
I purchase it from my local gun store where it hung for years.
Each time I stopped by I asked "Ready to sell that old clock?"
After years of asking one day the answer was "Yes, I'll grab a screwdriver and get it down"
Aprox. dimensions 7 X 4 1/2"
Clock weighs 15 lbs
Clock is not working.

A very collectible piece of American History

$300 shipped! Or Best Offer.
