This is an antique U.S. Navy Mark V Dive Knife. The 7" blade knife unscrews from the solid Bronze sheath that is made of polished brass. The knife is forged from carbon steel with a serrated edge on one side and a razor sharp edge on the other. This knife went with the famous hard hat diving suit.
The blade is in Mint condition, unsharpened, unused, was still in origional cosmoline grease when I recieved it. The sheath has some dings but has a certain patina that makes it beautiful.
I have a few pictures that I took of it in the back yard, and will be happy to provide any more information that is needed. There are some really professional photos of one of these knives on Ebay if you just search Mark V dive knife. This knife has been polished and stored in wool and I can take more photos with our digital camera if needed.
I am really interested in getting a Busse knife it doesn't matter if it's a user
Can add cash as necessary.
I am also interested in a Sog Tigershark, NOT the 2.0 with the guard though.
I am open to other trades just send me an email or PM and we can discuss possible options.
Thanks for looking.
