Forge marks on the flats
Wrought iron fixtures
Distal taper
Stabilized maple burl handle

Gerry: What a beautiful work of art! It looks like a museum piece! The contrast between the handle and blade is striking! That burl has got to be one of the most unusual handles you have shown us yet!
