Anyone still watching NCIS these days? I catch it when I can. Last week's episode was okay, they featured Gibbs ZT, being used as a tool to recover a microfiche file.

Last night was the first pretty good one I've seen in a while. Spoiliers ahead.

We've known for some time that Gibbs took out the drug dealer that killed his family. Last season, the team leader for the LA NCIS branch :foot:, basically told him that she conveniently lost all evidence that tied him to the dealers killing. This season, there was a flashback when Gibbs took the lie detector test. Now, Abby knows that Gibbs killed the dealer, from next weeks previews, Ducky knows what Gibbs did. The trailer for next week shows Gibbs, ala Clint Eastwoods Man with no Name, prowling the desert. Fans of the show will remember Colonel Bell. I'm guessing he's the one who resurrected this death on Gibbs hands.

One reason I really liked this episode, is that they didn't clear it up IN ONE EPISODE. This is the first NCIS episode in some time that I want to find out what happens.

Caught it last night.

The producers must have an affinity to Kershaw knives. They are featured in several episodes. One of Gibbs rules (rule number 9) - Always have a knife.
IIRC, in the opening credits Ziva throws what looks like a CS tanto. Tony has a belt buckle knife in another episode. SIG firearms are a favorite too. They get plenty of air time.

As far as next weeks episode, Its about time Gibbs gets called out. He has let far too many people slide and skirted the rules to help his friends too many times :p

We've enjoyed the series from day one..Good cast and clever writing. Ditto for it's "companion" show, the NCIS Los Angeles. Daniela Ruah (Kinsie) is very easy on the eyes...
We were just watching an old ep tonight and McGee produces a Spyderco to free Kate from being tied to a chair.

I've always thoroughly enjoyed the show. I desperately miss Sasha Alexander though.

Luckily it's turning into the next law and order in that you can always find an hour of it on somewhere on the dial.

I watch it every week. :)
That show and "House" are the only shows I watch.
I model myself after Gibbs/House :)

Last night was pretty entertaining. I liked that Johnny Cash song at the end. Interesting turn of character for the guy from Numb3rs.

Anybody seen this week's episode? Pretty good, probably one of the most entertaining episodes I've seen in some time.

Love NCIS, about the only show I watch these days (well except for Psych which is a blast). This weeks was great, fun to see Ziva with some competion.

With all the "reality" garbage on the air.
It's one of the few show on television, that I still enjoy.

Steve
