Near Death Experience

All three polyps were benign, but one (the little bastid that bled) was a tubulovillous adenoma, which has a higher liklihood of malignant transformation. Tomorrow, I'm back to the gym. Maybe not bear crawling yet, but definitely more cardio and some light weight.:thumbup:
