Nearly like new except for very minor carry wear. Never cut anything, nor sharpened, and only carried maybe 3x and that just to admire and fiddle with. Slightly off center to lock side by 5 degrees I'd say, but I never tried to tighten anything to attempt to fix. Probably can be straightened out, but nowhere near rubbing so didn't care much. Decide I love everything about this light, thin, well-designed knife except for the rather sharp edge on the liner lock. Might not bug most, but after opening and closing 1/2 dozen times it kind of irritates. If you don't play with your knives and just open when you need it I doubt it would ever bother you. Heck, in that case I would just keep it but I am a bit of an obsessive knife fidgeter.
