i asked if they were ever going to produce a DMutt or yard keeper again and who ever emailed me back must have been having a bad day because they sent a really sarcastic email making me sound like a idiot i cant remember the details because it was a few years ago

i will admit i never heard of them before and stumbled upon them surfing google

Tone is difficult to transmit over text. It is also possible you perceived their intentions incorrectly, or it's possible they're perceived your questions incorrectly, too. I would hope that a company would never respond to a customer in a sarcastic way, but there are always two sides to the story.
