Neck knife?

I like small and light as possible and sharp as ya can get em. This Esse works well for everyday cutting needs where a longer blade is not needed. The sheath has a magnet that holds the blade well.83B26FF4-6E2E-4814-B27E-C8083F370F7B.jpeg

I use them sometimes. I have an Esee izula that would work but I dont like it for neck carry, I use a Tops Tibo instead. I like the size, feel, looks, coating, everything about it really! It works great. That size is as big as I would want though, bigger knives get annoying fast.

Hi all, I'm looking for some opinions on neck knives, such as when and why you would carry and use them, how you'd carry, i.e. in our out of the shirt, how long you would string your cord (or how much clearance you leave for your head to pass through), what your ideal weight and stock thickness is, what style of knife you are most likely to neck carry, and anything else you would like to say on the topic of neck knives.

Thanks!
Personally, I wouldn't carry one. It just bothers me to have something hanging around my neck and bumping into my torso all day. I also dont like that is solely relying on sheith tension to hold it in, without the aid of gravity. I definitely carry a small fixed blade though. Either on my belt traditional style, in the pocket, or inside the waist band, tethered with paracord to a belt loop. Cheers!
