Honestly, I can't remember... :o Bought it at BLADE '08. If I had to guess, I'd say ballpark mid 200's as of 3 years ago. Might have been $235...or was that the Trigonaut from BLADE '07...?
I hit his table every year for some steel. Great guy, great knives!

To me, a neck knife is very small, discreet, easy to get to, and a last ditch weapon. I don't know if I could carry a 3" bladed knife with a full handle around my neck all day. That just seems uncomfortable to me and would rather have a pocket sheath for something that large. Here's my collection of Neckers. They are all pretty small and they all conceal very well.

From the blue cord wrapped handle going clockwise:

-ECOS Kiridashi Necker
-Cold Steel Mini Pal
-CRKT Ringer Hawkbill
-RJ Martin T-Mart "JD" Necker
-CRKT Ringer Skinner

I usually carry the ECOS Kiridashi Necker or the RJ Martin T-Mart "JD" Necker

I just ordered the Fred Perrin shark, looks like an awesome neck knife... and actually looks like something I'd wear around my neck for EDC.

To be honest, some of you guys' "neck" knives look like they have 4" blades or longer and full tang handles. Are those actually comfortable hanging around your neck? If so, you guys must have some beefy, strong necks...

I'm finding myself wanting an izula lately, they're pretty good value for money right? ...for a small fixed blade.

In addition to the usual suspects (BK-11 & Izula) ...

Left, Fiddleback Karda (3-finger)
Right,
Bark River Pro-Scalpel II (removed the belt loop from, drilled a hole in and form-fitted the original sheath)

Poor image quality certainly doesn't do 'em any favors.
Eventually I'll either stop trying to make indoor shots work or buy a new camera.
