NECKA HI Head Count

I will be bringing a big post vise I wouldn't mind parting with. If anybody needs one first 90.00 takes it. Its in great shape.

Hey guys,
I got a couple of nice saw blades...one is still on a nice piece of line shaft.
Not sure of the size of blades but if they are standing in the bed of my truck they stick up past the top rail 6-8"....so about 2-2 1/2' tall I would guess.
I'll bring them if someone wants them....$75.00 or best offer for both...including the line shaft. Let me know and I'll toss them in the truck before I leave.

15n20 ~.074 x ~10" wide Band-Saw steel (x what ever length you want as long as it will go into the car.)
or JDM5160 1.144 dia shaft steel?
 
Just checked the weather forecast and it is saying for Saturday partly sunny highs around 57 degrees. Good forging weather. :thumbup: :thumbup: :D :D
 
I'll be bringing some tappers, and a bunch of freebie stuff. I have a HF bandsaw without a motor up for grabs, and a few other goodies.

IG, I will head out of here between 6-7, and that'll put me at your doorstep somewhere around 9-ish.

Actually, Tikky, if you want to get the "gayness" part correct you need to go to the source. I lived a lot of years in Germany, and one thing for sure is that the VW Beetle or Kafer as it is called there is definitely not considered gay.

What is considered gay by many Germans however, is the Kharman Ghia. Believe it or not, many Germans actually call them "Schwuliwagens". The German word for "gay" is "schwul". I know... useless info, but maybe it'll help?

Yeah...my beetle actually has quite a bit of kick. Its the one with the turbocharged engine. It zips around pretty good!

Im waiting on me ellis refractory order. I have everything else for my forge other than a blower, which ill get afterwards.

Did you pickup the 1 1/2" and 1/4 npt pipes for the burner????? I have the legs on the forge body and hoping to get the burner tube hole cut out today or tomorrow. :D
 
Ill be picking up the burner componenets tomorrow and the refractory stuff should come tomorrow as well.

No idea where to get a blower...ill have to do a search. Can this be run at sub-welding temps without a blower attached? I am a forge moron, so don't quite get how the blower forges work. My current setup just requires me to point a torch at a hole in a brick :)

Dude ,Surplus Center I have the part number on my website. Make a list of the pipes too. :rolleyes:
 
Yeah....its pretty bad. I try to haul around manly things in the back to counter its appearance and to make it look like im simply borrowing my girlfriend's car for the day.
