I wanted to know what ZT model was more popular and was a great EDC, I like big knives, I usually carry, Police, Military, CQC 7, Commander, Benchmade, etc, just wanted some input on which model is the most popular in the ZT lineup, want a ZT for carry
thanks Guys

currently it seems 0562cf is the most popular zt. 0452cf is slim and long with 4.1 inches blade. 0560/1 are beefier but in my opinion also very good folders.

I've owned the 801 and 620 but one I kept is the 562CF. It's very nice. Strong detent. Deep carry. Thin handle. Good lockup.

If you like something with the Wave opening try ZT 0620, 0620CF and 0630.

Something with a blade as long as the Military, light but narrower then ZT 0452CF.

The 452CF is such a winner. Fantastic knife for the price.
560 / 562CF are also very nice knives, and in the case of the 560, you may be able to score one for pretty cheap compared to your other options.

If there's a local store that carries ZTs, you should really try to get over there and handle a few models in person to get a sense of them

I alternate between a 0452CF and an 0801....love both models.

I have a few, and love them all for one reason or another. But the one that hits the pocket most of the time is the 0562CF. Sturdy, smooth, clean, good looking. And in my opinion one of the best combinations of material, form & function. Yeah, I'm a ZT fanboy.

But I'm also a Benchmade, Spyderco, GEC, Canal Street, Kershaw, Boker, KaBar/Becker, and......Rough Rider fan boy of all things. But the OP asked about ZT. ;)

Tied in second place (depending on what I'm wearing, and what I think I may need to accomplish..... 0801, 0808, 0452CF, 0450....and the amazing all around, light weight, assisted, carbon fiber 0770CF.

In my not so humble opinion anyway. :)

My most often carried ZT is a 0600. I think it's a great larger EDC. Though it is a LE, it's a bit more available than some LEs, and most normally available for around MSRP, sometimes less if you are lucky.

Otherwise, you can't really go wrong with any ZT.

My most carried ZT is my 0200kw; followed by my 0560 and 0550, basically tied for second. I love my 0801bw; but it tends to be my choice when I want to carry something a little nicer looking. It deserves more pocket time than it gets; but it sort of seemed up in that too nice to use group (I'm also not a huge fan of dedicated flippers...flippers are fine; but I prefer them with working thumbstuds)

Another vote for the 0562cf. Its a hard knife to fault. For overbuilt I'd say the 0630 - that blade is just too gorgeous to ignore... And practical too!

Truthfully everyone mentioned here is a great knife. It really comes down to which design you like the best. Based on what you have said I think the 562CF fits the bill the best!

My most carried ZT is my 0200kw;

My vote is for This one^. If you like larger folders, the 0200 is tough to beat. Amazing ergonomics, and I don't think there's a cutting job out there that the 0200 can't handle.

I haven't handled a ZT yet that I didn't like. I don't care for framelocks (due to how I hold and operate them), but the quality of any Zero Tolerance can't be beat.

You'll probably like just about any ZT you decide to get.

I think my next one will be the 0808. It's not seriously overbuilt and is of a size and weight that I can handle.

I don't think it's been mentioned but I love the weight and size of my 0550. Such a solid knife that will get nearly any job done.

+1 on the 0808. I just picked one up and it's loving the pocket time. not too big, but feels solid, and very well made.

Another vote for the 0562, it always ends up back in my pocket no matter what latest XM or Strider I add to the stable.

Another 452CF vote here! Got mine from Scott at usamadeblade and he annoed it bronze for me......absolutely awesome blade and a great dealer to get it from!
