Well, i found out today that my uncle doesn't want a leather sheath and he wants the nylon cordura stuff. Anyone know where I can get a sq. foot of it or someplace that just sells the sheaths?

What kind of knife is it for,, and why don't you go with a custom Concealex/Kydex sheath.. It will last much longer and give you WAY more protection that Codura..

Well, I had already made up a leather sheath, but then I talked to my Aunt and my uncle was looking at knives and didn't want a leather sheath, but one "out of the mesh stuff", which is the nylon/Cordura stuff. I know a lot of people like kydex/concealex, but it is a surprise knife for him, so I want to get something he will like. the knife is a 4" drop point knife, 1.25" wide with stag handles. I am currently making the knife and it will be sent out to get heat treated sometime next week.
