purchased this knife and a improper fitting bearing was jammed in one side. This was not disclosed. I contacted the seller, but have heard nothing from them.

If you purchased the knife around May 12th, when did you actually contact the seller about the bearing issue? If they haven’t responded for many weeks, you can probably file a PayPal claim.

Pretty much my thoughts on the topic. Provided, of course, OP didn't use PPFF.
