Need a good all purpose fixed blade and have around $150 to spend no more than 4 inch

then just sharpen it on a rock v-edge style. no biggie. If you're so desperate that you're looking for rocks on the ground, who cares if it started convex. Or pick up some fine silt, sludge it into your pants leg, and strop it on your jeans.

It's just not what I want.

Okay, well I ended up buying a knife with a convex grind. :o

I ordered this Terrio today:

I look forward to using it. :)

Good choice. I recently tested one of his Sidekick models and absolutely loved it. The handle could not have been more comfortable and the blade was spot on.
He's a great guy to deal with too.

Looks like a great choice, Woodrow. And I bet you'll come to love the convex. Despite many prevalent misconceptions out there, a good convex edge, combined with a good carbon steel like O1, is actually quite easy to maintain in the field, in large part due to the edge durability. Just stay on top of the stropping, don't let it get too dull and it will serve you very well. There are also a number of good of videos out there about maintaining convex edges if you do a search.

You will learn to love the convex edge. I sharpen everything the exact same way--on a leather hone. They all end up convex at some level.

But it's over four inches! Send it to me and I'll send you something under four inches!

But seriously, it looks like an excellent choice.
