Been doing a lot of CF work lately and as you watch the superfine particles Glisten in the sunbeams... you realize That CRAP is getting everywhere in the shop, even with my waterbucket and 1hp dust collector vented outside.
So it stands to reason I need to beef up my Exhaust system. Even wearing a good respirator, hat, long sleeves Etc I want as little of that as possible in my shop and on my person.
Someone suggest a Quiet exhaust fan that moves some AIR?

The phrase "quiet powerful fan" is usually a lie, one way or another. That said, "squirrel cage" fans tend to move the most air for the least noise. If you are just trying to exhaust the dusty air from the shop, take a careful look at where the fresh air is coming in to the shop from. It's a pretty common error to set up an exhaust system that blows out the dust and then prevailing winds blow the dust over to the HVAC intake or the open window/door that is the "fresh" air supply.

That's good advice

The squirrel cage fans I'm thinking of are home furnace fan sized

You can often get them cheap or free from furnace installers when they pull the old units out.

Sounds to me more like you need a dust collection system connected to a sanding table or kitchen hood type thingamajig.
