Honestly, I'm going to suggest a Glock knife (any model).
Their knives are just like their guns, replaceable. The nice part is that you won't have to replace it,though (they are extremely tough).
There are other nice knives out there, but if you want one that will work and won't cause you to hate yourself for abusing it, then the Glock knife is great.
A nice side perk is that they are great for throwing. They were actually made with throwing in mind. They are also issued to the German SF and Austrian army.
