Need a handle for tiny hatchet

I came across a tiny hatchet head about three inched long. Where could I look for handle for it? Home Depot, ACE and Lowes can't help.

I believe you will be required to make your own handle, perhaps start with a purchased piece intended for a hatchet and carve it to fit your small head. I also like to use spoke shaves and draw knives for the initial shaping.

Try requesting ideas on the Wilderness & Survival Skills section, many of those people make their own handles and are skilled in wood working.
