Looking to have a utility/slicer made for kitchen use and some meat work. Thinking 5" or so blade in a high quality stainless, thin enough to be a good slicer but still tough enough to work around bones etc if needed. Would like a bit of a drop point, maybe an inch to 1 1/2" tall. I prefer wood scales, something attractive like nice desert ironwood or a burl of some kind. Handle to have more of a hunter style than traditional kitchen. If this is something you are interested in and not booked way out pm me and I can elaborate a bit more on my ideas and expectations.
