Need a knifemaker that works with 3V or M4

Hi folks!

I have a design for a camp/utility knife that I would like someone to make for me. It should be a knife meant for hard use and that could be used with food too. So it should be though, should hold a sharp edge and shouldn't rust too easily.

I thought that a steel like 3V or M4 should work. If anyone is interested please PM or email me ! Thanks !

right overall lenght is 10", blade length about 4.7", width 1.5", thickness about 0,23", full flat grind, micarta handle...
