Need a lightweight folder for hiking

You will love the Pacific Salt, one my favorite Spyderco's ever! I dont think you will find a knife that is as large and light weight as the Pacific Salt or any of Spyderco's Salt line for that matter. Superior corrosion resistance, holds a nice edge and is easy to sharpen on the Sharpmaker.

You didn't specify a blade size. It is not clear if you want something for fishing, wittling wood, or what?
Do you want a 3", or 3.5" or what size of blade?
For any kind of work with wood, I'd want a fixed blade. For hunting or fishing along with camping, something like a Spyderco Stretch would be good.
For a smaller blade, the Spyderco Caly 3 would be great. If you want a more traditional look, then you have many more options.
This is a shot in the dark, without knowing more about what you want the knife to do.

I'd definitely recommend taking an SAK Camper with you. I like the Kershaws that I own (OD-1, Skyline and Blackout ST), but I had to redo the edges on them, because they'd chip under hard use (My OD-1 and a Skyline with battle scars to tell the tales. I didn't think I was abusing them, either.) the edges are just so thin. Great slicing knives, though. And I can open and close them one-handed (the Speedsafe is a bit more difficult).

The 14C28N is really corrosion resistant under every day use. But I've not taken them into salt water yet.

The "Pacific Salt" comes in at only 3oz, the "Salt 1" at 2oz. Recently checking out the Spyderco web site, I noticed that the new "Catcherman" is in H1 steel and that one is only 2.7oz. Man i really need to stay away from that web site...

If I were restricted to one knife that had to be folding and 4oz or under, I'd carry my SAK or my Spyderco Military. Though, I'd opt for my Izula 2 any day and it's about 4oz as well. If it's legal where you are I'd highly recomend a fixed blade.

Under 4 oz, under $200, the M390 steel takes a fantastic edge, and is supposed to have amazing edge-retention and corrosion resistance.
