I've found a couple of drill presses for sale locally and I'm having some troubles finding information on them. The main one I'm looking at is a Delta model 14-070 14" SINGLE SPINDLE DRILL PRESS FLOOR TYPE.
Here is the model:

The other press is a vintage Delta Variable speed drill press model 15-000
They're asking $195 for the 14" Delta 14-070 and $400 for the variable speed 15" 15-000 Delta
The prices are negotiable. I'm just wondering if I should be jumping on these things? What should I offer?
I would greatly appreciate your guys' thoughts.
ETA: Both of these presses only have 1/2hp and that's what I'm working with now. I'm thinking I should probably just pass.
