Need a quick opinion.

I'm seconds away from ordering either a Snugpak Response Pak or a Maxpedition Proteus for twice the money. I already have a Snugpak Rocket pack that I am reasonably happy with but I hear great things about Maxped. What do you think?

I love my Snugpak Sleeka, never owned the response, but I want one for my Car kit.

I also have a Maxpedition Lunada that is bombproof. If this is for an EDC bag, go maxpedition if you havent had one yet. If its a car type kit that wont see much action, save the money. My wallet is a Maxpedition Spartan, and looks new after a year of everyday use. So does my Lunada EDC bag for that matter.

Mostly dirty woods stuff. It'll be my grab-pack for when I'm gathering firewood, scouting, etc. I camp a lot in April, which is mud season up here, so I decided to go with Maxped rather than risk it with a product no one I've talked to has vouched for.
