Need a recommendation from Dan!

David - your replacement knife is done.

I followed the advice given here and shut down my shop yesterday afternoon and this morning until your knife was finished.

I have learned a hard lesson and am willing to say I made a huge mistake in not replacing it sooner.

To those that have helped me with this - I thank you.

<insert nod of approval smily here>

Well done Dan.

Dan, when I first started in sales, my manager told me:

Under promise and over deliver.

I have learned that is a good rule for everything from family, friends, and business.

Further, I don't know many custom knifemakers that guarantee knives acquired secondhand. (I sure won't anymore!)

Dan

Dan - Wouldn't this hurt the sales of your knives on the secondary market? And at the same time hurt your primary sales? How would you know what knife you sold to who? No one gets to keep everything forever.

In fairness to Dan, I must note that I did receive today the Bushmaster that I referenced above.
